Welcome to Terminal Barbershop’s website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.
1. Services
Terminal Barbershop provides grooming services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and massages, at our locations: Dundas St W and Bay St, and Dundas St W and Elizabeth St (Terminal 2), Toronto, ON. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments can be made via our online booking system or by phone.
- We request cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion.
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but not guaranteed.
3. Payments
- We operate a cashless system, accepting card and mobile payments only.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to change. Final costs, including taxes, will be confirmed at the time of service.
- Refunds are not offered for completed services unless deemed unsatisfactory by management.
4. Conduct
- Respect our staff, clients, and property. Disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by Terminal Barbershop or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for injury, dissatisfaction, or damages arising from their use, except where required by law.
- We are not responsible for website interruptions or inaccuracies.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Check back regularly for the latest version.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Toronto courts.
